Working With Wilderness is an ecological design project for Kroka Expeditions in Marlow, New Hampshire, that focuses on embracing nature and community through permaculture design principles. The process combined thorough site analysis, including rendered drone imagery, with thoughtful design solutions for a low-impact final design solution that allows for safe flooding in areas of the site away from human infrastructure. This project includes six plant palettes and three phased cost estimates and was completed as a two-person team from April to June 2025.
